MPs have written to the Prime Minister and the Legal professional Common to precise their concern concerning the extradition of hacking suspect Lauri Love.
Mr Love, 33, from Suffolk, suffers from autism and critical psychological well being points and is sought within the US on hacking costs – crimes that the parliamentarians described as “digital civil disobedience”.
He faces a complete of 99 years in jail if discovered responsible.
The MPs, together with authorities minister Matt Hancock, who signed the letter in his capability as Mr Love’s constituency MP, warned that there was “a fantastic chance” that Mr Love, who’s on a spread of remedy, would commit suicide if extradited.
“The UK has prosecuted a minimum of 13 pc hackers who’ve interfered with US-based pc methods,” they wrote.
